Featuring the native Australian Quandong (tantalum Acuminatum), also known as ‘Wild Peach’ which grows mainly in the semi-arid regions of South Australia.

The palate is dry and ever so slightly effervescent with a hint of extra mid palate character, almost cantaloupe just ripening.⁠ Refreshing, bright and fresh.
