Featuring extracts of native Australian Davidson plum & Strawberry Gum which contain a powerhouse of antioxidant rich, gut loving properties. Serve chilled.

Tasting Notes:

Super clear and bright in the glass – a rose pink hue.

A generous mousse fills the glass and soon settles to moderate and consistent bubbles

The nose is pronounced as the drink is poured and suggests summer berry pudding with blueberry, blackberry, plums and ripe strawberries.

The palate is dry with plums upfront and a hint of musk stick.  Blue black and red fruits follow to match the nose with blueberry, blackberry and strawberries.  The finish has a lingering berry medley.
