Featuring native Australian Bush Apple (syzygium suborbiculare) and Kakadu Plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana) which are found in open forest and woodlands across Northern Australia.

Tasting Notes:

Cloudy lemon in glass with scattered small bubbles across the surface.

Green apples with a hint of citrus and pear on the nose.  A subtle floral note follows the green and yellow fruits.

The palate is dry with subtle bubbles to give the mid palate a lift.  The fruit flavours suggest stewed fruits served cold (think apples and pears) with a citrus zest to keep the palate lively and fresh.

The overall taste is subtle and refreshing with a slightly lingering finish.
